My Speech About Sports

This week for writing we are focussing on speech writing. Today in our writing lesson we learnt about speech presentations and the structure of a speech. We also brainstormed different topics for speech writing this week. 


I have decided to write a speech about Sports because it gives you lots of power and energy and its fun! I will be writing mainly about soccer because this is one of my favourite sport. This a fun, energetic sport and I look forward to researching more interesting information about this sport for my speech presentation next week.

My Play About Mr Brown

Today I read a story about Animal court this story is a play. We are practicing our presentation skills as this will help us prepare for our movie making project next week.

The character I play in the story is Mr Brown.

The book I was reading was about Mr Hare and Ms Tortoise, it all began as they were racing. Mr Brown which was me, was the owner of the farm. Mr Hare was racing Ms Tortoise when Mr Hare stopped to have a break of a carrot at Mr Browns farm, Mr Brown got upset because Mr Hare should of not tode him, and plus Mr Brown wanted to save his carrot and eat them for dinner. I think Mr Brown is a good person because he acts normal.

Today for Reading I completed a Movie Magic Thinkers Key called the Reverse Key. I had to name 12 things a microphone cannot be used for:
